Friends of WPH

The purpose of the Friends of White Plains Hospital is to create awareness, provide volunteer services and raise funds to benefit the Hospital.

The Friends sponsor a wide array of programs, services and activities, including:

• The Caregiver Support Program
• Blood pressure screenings
• Scholarships for junior volunteers

Friends members make a huge, positive impact in our community by donating their time, talents and treasures to the Hospital! Over the years, the Friends have raised more than $15 million for the Hospital, making them the Hospital’s largest donor to date! The Friends funds projects—large and small—that benefit patients, their families and those who care for them. In the past, funds donated to the Hospital by the Friends have gone toward our caregivers program, and most recently the Hospital's new Pediatric Center, among other initiatives.
