Transformation

at White Plains Hospital

The next chapter in healthcare

Healthcare is changing, and White Plains Hospital is transforming the way our community accesses care. Over the past decade, White Plains Hospital has undergone the most substantial renovation and expansion of facilities in its entire history, creating a modern and comfortable healing environment for advanced care in the 21st century and beyond. In 2024, White Plains Hospital began work on a significant campus expansion to include 100% private single-bedded rooms, state-of-the-art operating suites and critical care beds, and an expanded Emergency Department.

Check back for regular updates on the progress.

Center for Advanced Medicine & Surgery

The Center for Advanced Medicine & Surgery (CAMS), which opened in 2021, is White Plains Hospital's largest dedicated outpatient facility. The nine-story, 250,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art center is located on 122 Maple Ave. (on the corner of Longview Avenue) in White Plains and connects the campus to both the Hospital and the Center for Cancer Care. CAMS offers access to world-class specialists; the latest technology and diagnostic testing; specialized clinical programs, including neurosciences, hyperbaric medicine and dedicated non-oncologic infusion — as well as innovative operating suites for same-day procedures.
