White Plains Hospital's virtual health platform, WPH Connect, is a valuable resource for employees' personal and work-related wellness needs. The WPH Connect app is easy to download and use, and details can be found on our Virtual Health page.

With WPH Connect, employees are able to:

Schedule a visit with a WPHPA provider

Tens of thousands of patients have already connected with our physicians and via the WPH Connect app. Employees and their families are encouraged to download the app and take advantage of the same convenience and safety of a virtual visit.

You can connect through your iPhone, iPad or computer that is equipped with a microphone and camera. During the 15- to 30-minute "live" consultation, you will have personal and private access to your own clinician, who will make a diagnosis, recommend treatment and send prescriptions to your pharmacy, just like they would during a normal office visit.

Contact the Occupational Health Department

Employees can consult with Occupational Health Department for health concerns that affect their ability to report to work via WPH Connect. Contact 914.681.1133 to arrange a virtual consult with one of the Occupational Health staff members if you:

  • Are not feeling well and are unsure if you should report to work/want to avoid the drive in
  • Are experiencing COVID-19, flu or other symptoms that may be contagious
  • Need to arrange a follow-up visit
  • Need to obtain return-to-work clearance
