We were overwhelmed with the kindness, professionalism, knowledge and expertise of the entire staff.

From the emergency room staff, dozens of Dr.'s, surgeons, nurses, orderlies, MRI techs, x-ray doctors, food service, valet parking attendants, patient advocate representatives, and poets (yes, we even had a staff member distribute poems to help us through our stay) etc. We were overwhelmed with the kindness, professionalism, knowledge and expertise of the entire staff. We were treated with dignity, respect, had immediate access to information and comfort during an otherwise difficult time. The facilities have been beautifully re-designed with a mindfulness to make people comfortable during their stay.

Dr. Casden was fantastic. He was extremely patient, informative and did an amazing job. The nurses were caring, attentive, cheerful and extremely competent. You guys are doing a terrific job - keep it up!! P.S. best of all, my wife is making a speedy recovery.
