Having received great care at White Plains Hospital a few years ago, I decided to go there again when I experienced chest pains on February 1. It was the right choice

It turned out that I had a blocked artery and needed a stent put in. During my stay – I was released on February 4 – I found that everyone I came into contact with, from the people in transport to technicians to the nurses and doctors, were all nice, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I must single out the evening nurse, Kaitlyn Harding, and day nurse Kiara Nivar. They were there for my needs, explained everything they were doing and always had a great disposition. If possible, I would like to nominate both for the DAISY Award (given to extraordinary nurses), as they both are well-deserving candidates.

I'm glad I decided to go to White Plains instead of another hospital. The people at White Plains Hospital are truly professional and a blessing!
