We would like to personally thank the staff members who went above and beyond during my husband Kevin’s recent hospital stay:

• Nurse Ariel in the ED, who with his upbeat personality and comforting care made Kevin’s arduous 42-hour stay in the ED tolerable.
• Nurse Laurel in 2I, who also had an ebullient personality and could not do enough for him.
• Nurse Alicia in PCU, who for 3 days calmly and thoroughly answered all our questions and could not be any sweeter or more thoughtful.
• Fr. Absolom from St. Vito’s parish in Mamaroneck, who celebrated a lovely Feast of the Epiphany mass and later visited Kevin in his room and said prayers with us.
• Dr. Weiser and Dr. Amstel followed up with Kevin personally every single day.

We have never seen or heard of this kind of care and commitment.
