I would like to compliment the entire team, especially Dr. Christoforos Koumas, for their kindness. After mistakenly arriving two hours early for an appointment, and explaining that I had driven 30 miles to see him, I asked if there was any possibility of being seen sooner. The doctor agreed to see me during his lunch hour, which I am so grateful for. The team made sure I wouldn’t feel bad about arriving too early and found a solution to my benefit. I thank them all.
