I had my pre-op appointment on March 12, and it was an excellent experience. There was no waiting for any part of the process, and everyone was patience and positive. Having had many surgeries, I tend to have more questions. Doreen Brazier was my contact at the Hospital. She was amazing! Doreen was patient, compassionate, friendly and answered every question. I was in Human Resources for many years and I can honestly say she is the perfect person for the job. I left feeling very comfortable about being in the hands of White Plains Hospital. Doreen deserves to be commended for being an exceptional patient advocate.
