My name is Yelena. On December 1st I had to go to emergency room and spent two days in White Plains Hospital, room 4533. On both days – December 1 and December 2 my nurse was Nicolette. This young lady was absolutely exceptional: not only knowledgeable and efficient, but also caring, cheerful, kind, supportive, and always full of energy, and always smiling. Dear Nicolette, thank you very much! This young lady definitely deserves the Nursing Daisy Award for everything that she does for her patients. I would also like to mention another excellent nurse, who was on Night Shift when I was staying in White Plains Hospital on December 1 and 2nd. Her name is Emily. Very professional, very kind, very attentive to any request, always offering help and definitely dedicated to her job. Thank you, Emily!
