We understand that many are anxious about the spread of COVID-19. With so much being reported, we feel that it is important to offer you an update on the current situation as well as provide you with screening and vaccine information and the steps the Hospital is taking to keep the community safe.

Call the Hospital Coronavirus Awareness Hotline at 914.681.2900 to get information and speak with a live person 24/7, who will be able to guide you through next steps if you suspect you have the coronavirus.

COVID-19 screening and testing

Patients coming to our Emergency Department will be provided with a clinical evaluation, with COVID-19 tests ordered if necessary. For those seeking COVID-19 tests only, we encourage you to visit coronavirus.health.ny.gov/find-test-site-near-you to find your nearest testing site.

Asymptomatic individuals who are interested in being tested may visit our Urgent Care Center at 99 Business Park Drive in Armonk. We are testing asymptomatic patients Monday through Friday, 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Updated visitation policy

Visitors are allowed between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Exceptions may apply for parents visiting the NICU; pediatric patients; patients in palliative care; and those with special needs, being discharged or needing a support person.

Visitors must be over 12 years of age. ID will be required at check-in.

Upon entering the lobby, visitors will be screened for temperature and asked a series of questions to rule out exposure.

Visitors must wear a mask in all patient care areas.

Visitors who do not adhere to the above guidelines will be asked to leave.

Please note the policies for Maternity, Labor & Delivery, and the Neonatology Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

In addition, patients coming to our physician offices and for outpatient testing and procedures may have one companion.

Additionally, the following departments allow one visitor per patient:

  • Emergency Department
  • Ambulatory Surgery

Additional COVID-19 information and resources

As we work to stop the spread of the coronavirus in our community, the Hospital is making ongoing efforts to provide relevant updates and information to our community.

Community and hospital events updates

In light of the current situation, the Hospital has decided to go virtual for all upcoming events. This decision was made with the safety of our community in mind.

During these times, we feel it is important that people continue to have access to online support groups as well as interesting, healthy programming to keep them informed and engaged. We encourage you to continually check our calendar for updates on virtual events.

Should you have any questions regarding events, please contact the Marketing & Community Relations Department by calling 914.681.1119.

COVID-19 resources

There is a lot of information out there on COVID-19, but there is also a lot of misinformation. For the latest updates, we recommend that you visit the following websites for frequently asked questions, statistics and more information.

Caring for patients and families

The Hospital is always here to offer support to our patients and family caregivers. The Support and Information Connection team has been established as a resource and means of connection in these challenging times. Consisting of members from our Caregiver Support Program, Pastoral Care and Center for Cancer Care, our team is available to provide counseling, spiritual support, relaxation techniques and coping strategies to those in need. We also can address advance directive concerns, provide forms and offer guidance on how to have difficult discussions with those we love.

For those interested in connecting with our team, please call 914.681.2720. Leave a message with your name, contact information, and indicate your specific concern or question. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
