Orthopedic oncology

White Plains Hospital offers orthopedic oncology consultations to evaluate benign, malignant and soft tissue primary tumors, as well as metastatic lesions. Patients who require specialized care by orthopedic surgeons specializing in cancer are treated within the framework of a multidisciplinary team approach at the Hospital's Center for Cancer Care using advanced surgical and reconstructive techniques.

Board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons also practice at the Montefiore Einstein Center for Cancer Care as part of one of the most comprehensive orthopedic oncology programs in the region.
