EndocRine Surgery Program at White Plains Hospital

The endocrine system is made up of glands within specific parts of the human body. The glands of the endocrine system create and send out the various hormones that regulate most bodily functions. When glands produce too little or too much of a hormone can create health problems.

There are some endocrine disorders that can be treated with medicine. When the diagnosis of an endocrine disorder calls for surgery, the multidisciplinary team of Endocrinologists, Endocrine Surgeons, Radiologists, Nuclear Medicine physicians, Pathologists and Genetic counselors at White Plains Hospital are here to provide patients with exceptional care.

White Plains Hospital’s endocrinologists are experts in the fields of thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal disease and they work closely with our fellowship-trained endocrine surgeons who are uniquely qualified to address disorders of the endocrine system.
